Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policy:

  1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
  2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Our company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Damages: We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Return Policy:

  1. Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.
  2. Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  3. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Non-returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Please check the product description before purchasing.
  5. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us to process the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
